The strategy of Sepher Energy Holding regarding HSE, Crisis Management, and Passive Defense
Sepehr Energy Holding Group believes that a well-planed and efficient HSE system will be a critical principle in its substantial policymaking concerning the investment and successful conclusion of projects. Accordingly, below are the sections of Sepehr Energy’s strategy on HSE with the following approaches: protection of HRs to realize the idea that a healthy human being is the pillar of sustainable development, accident-free, safe and secure production, environmental protection, maintaining the organizational credibility and assets, satisfying HSE-MS requirements in the organizations and projects.
- Maintaining and developing the HSE-MS to improve safety, preserve the health of staff, prevent mishaps, injuries, occupational diseases, and reduce damages to human resources, equipment, and the environment in the Holding and taken projects
- Monitoring and controlling the HSE-related performance of subsidiaries in all stages of project implementation to ensure the strict implementation of HSE requirements, regulations, and related standards
- Compliance with the HSE laws, regulations, and standards set by the national and international legislatures, and continuous monitoring to ensure compliance with the relevant requirements in contracts and agreements
- Policymaking, planning, and steering all activities and processes related to HSE and passive defense following the macro-policies and strategies of the Holding
- Needs assessment and planning of general and specialized training of employees to improve performance and promote HSE culture
- Paying attention to the principles of passive defense and crisis management to protect the facilities and assets of the organization and shareholders
- Preventing environmental pollution and reducing the unfavorable effects of pollutants by taking appropriate measures
- Identifying all risks, assessing and managing the risks associated with them to prevent occupational accidents and incidents
- Implementing appropriate and modern methods to optimize energy consumption and reduce waste
- Improving the level of knowledge, satisfying the health and safety needs of employees and the organizational ability through continuous training of various job classes regarding HSE and passive defense
- Creating a proper platform to enhance employee participation in HSE activities and expanding effective intra- and extra-organizational communication
- Continuous improvement of management processes, methods, and systems to reduce health risks, safety, and prevent environmental pollution, and enhance productivity
- Providing and updating programs and designs based on corporate vision, goals, and strategies related to HSE.
