The annual general assembly of SECO International Trading Company (SITCO) was held on Wednesday 5th of Aban 1400 with the presence of Dr. Behroz Abbasi, the CEO of Sepehr Energy, under the superintendence of Dr. Farhad Jahanghiri, the Holding COO, and the secretaryship of Mohammad Ali GharibDoost, the CEO of SITCO.
Mohammad Ali GharibDoost, the CEO of SITCO, presented a performance report regarding the last fiscal year while informing the assembly of the company’s plans and commenting on the group’s diverse plans for selling the produced methanol in holding subsidiaries.
Afterward, the auditor and legal inspector presented his report regarding the company performance and financial statements ending in 1400/05/31, and the SITCO CEO expressed board activities report regarding the fiscal period ending with the assembly while presenting the company’s plans such as the necessary actions for focused selling of the produced methanol in the holding.
Also, the auditor and legal inspector confirmed and approved the financial statements of SECO International Trading Co. from the fiscal period ending in 1400/05/31 alongside the company capital increase documented in the explanatory report.
